Aloha Task Service Guarantee

At Aloha Task, we are committed to delivering quality workmanship and reliable service. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 1-Year Workmanship Guarantee on all eligible services performed by our professionals.


General Terms of the Aloha Task Guarantee

  • The Aloha Guarantee applies only to the original customer who booked the service and is not transferable if the property or serviced item is transferred to another individual or business.

  • Any repairs or modifications made by another service provider or by the customer after our initial work will void the guarantee.

  • If an issue arises related to our workmanship, the same technician who completed the original job will return to address it. A different technician may only be dispatched if the original technician is unavailable.

  • Parts purchased by the customer and used during service are not covered under our guarantee. Only parts provided by Aloha Task or its technicians qualify.

  • Damage caused by external factors, including improper use, moving the serviced product, or environmental exposure, is not covered under the guarantee.

  • If an issue is found to be related to manufacturer defects rather than our workmanship, the guarantee does not apply.

  • Cosmetic damage to walls, floors, or surrounding areas as a result of necessary installation or repair processes is not covered.

  • Aloha Task does not provide service guarantees for tune-ups, cleaning services, or inspections where no repair work was performed.

  • The maximum liability covered under our Service Guarantee is $750 per service request.


Service-Specific Guarantee Terms

TV Mounting Services

Covered:

    • 1-Year Guarantee on labor and installation
    • Aloha Task-provided mounts or brackets that fail due to workmanship defects

Not Covered:

    • Damage caused by improper TV handling, accidental drops, or manufacturing defects
    • Issues arising from a third party adjusting or modifying the mount after installation

Handyman Services

Covered:

    • 1-Year Guarantee on all repairs and installations
    • Issues related to workmanship on tasks like drywall repair, furniture assembly, or light fixture installations

Not Covered:

    • Damage caused after the service due to mishandling, water exposure, or external factors
    • Repairs done by another provider after our service was completed

Plumbing Services

Covered:

    • 90-Day Guarantee on plumbing labor
    • Leak fixes, pipe replacements, and faucet repairs installed by Aloha Task professionals

Not Covered:

    • Silicone work, which does not carry a guarantee
    • Plumbing issues caused by improper maintenance or wear and tear over time
    • Problems arising due to neglected recommendations from the technician

Appliance Services

Covered:

    • 1-Year Guarantee on labor for installations and minor appliance repairs
    • Issues related to improper installation by Aloha Task technicians

Not Covered:

    • Manufacturer defects unrelated to our service
    • Damage from improper use, overloading, or power surges

How to Request a Guarantee Repair
